Marie Maersk update-3, the fire is completely extinguished and the vessel is in-route to Tanjung-Pelepas

Update 3 – present status – After fire on 13th Aug, the crew on the vessel was able to control the fire from spreading further but could completely extinguish it, on 19th Aug, external firefighter crew joined the Marie Maersk crew and they are jointly working to stop the fire.

Presently the vessel is near Madagascar and in-route to Tanjung Pelepas
