Below is the details for the process of logistics part for exports, explained in one pager image

Below is the flowchart of the process

1. Seller finds buyer

2. Negotiate rate / Finalise the Incoterms / LC opening

3. Seller informs the CHA / freight forwarder regarding the details for exports

4. Cargo movement from seller factory to CFS

5. OR Factory stuffing

6. Customs Clearance

7. Container gate in at port

8. Container onboarding on vessel at port

9. Vessel movement to destination port

10. Container deboarding at destination port

11. Destination container unloading

12. CFS destuffing / buyer factory destuffing

13. Empty container return to shipping line

14. Meanwhile bank payment to buyer as per LC

15. Seller submits the BL to Bank and gets the payment after bank discounting
