As per recent news Maersk UAE appoints a new MD – Lisa Park. She will be stepping in from 1st Oct 2024. She will be replacing Christopher Cook who is moving to Maersk India.
Lisa has over 22+ years of rich experience, She started her career in Maersk as MISE Graduate trainee in 2002, then she handled sales profile. In 2009 she joined APM Terminals. Later she moved Expeditors for 2 years 2011-12 as Ocean product Manager then She went back for Maersk in Dec 2012 , learning and growing to position of “Head Sales excellence IMEA Region” that is for India, Middle east and Africa region. Lisa Park has been a popular name for Women empowerment in maritime industry.

With all the recent changes going on in Maersk UAE, its pushing hard to turn itself into an overall logistics provider covering services like warehousing / transportation / CHA etc. Recently Maersk has acquired 15,000 sq meter warehouse in Dubai South Logistics district. These all developments now would be taken care by Lisa.
