Oil exports operations resumes at Novorossiysk after Ukranian attack.

Recently on 14th Nov 2025 night, Ukraine attacked Russian port Novorossiysk and damaged two oil terminals at Sheskharis oil terminal.

Impact – The ports operations was stopped after the attack. Economical impact was to stop exports of 2.2 million barrel oil per day which is approx. 2% of daily global oil supply.

The 2 berths that were damaged are – Berth 1 and Bert 1A of Sheskharis oil terminal. The damage includes not only these two terminal but also pipelines and pumping station as per Ukranian news.

Their was quick action taken by the response team to reach the location.

This strike is said to be the most damaging Ukranian attacks for Russian oil supply.

As per news on 16th Nov 2025, the ships Arlan and Rodos were at Novorossiysk port to load oil and the port operations has resumed after a hault of 2 days.
